I have a white st. louis tote. I noticed the edges and handles are looking a little dull. I want to give it a light cleaning to spruce it up.

I'm worried that cleaning supplies will peel off print. Has anyone tried the Mr. Clean eraser or baby wipes on the bag (outside)?

Both sound too harsh to me; have you tried Appleguard cleaner?

I have a white one and have used baby wipes no problem. I have also sprayed it with all natural all purpose cleaner and it was fine, I used Mrs. Meyers and Seventh Generation.

I would not put apple guard or anything on the canvas.
