I have been waiting for the new card holder to be released (it was apparently pushed from last week to this weekend) and as I have been regularly checking the SLG section online for updates I have of course been tempted by some other items as well!

I ordered the mono kirigami around Christmas but ended up sending it back because I wasn't sure how much use I would get from the pieces. I am kind of regretting that now as they were gorgeous and such a fun item. Also considering the 6 key holder, the key pouch, and the mini pochette

I work in an office most days but also spend a decent amount of time working from home or on the road visiting clients. For work I use a backpack from Target that can hold my laptop and handle a beating. I am looking for pieces that can easily move between the backpack and various purses or even pockets when walking around downtown. My car has keyless entry/ start so I just need to have the fob on me and I have one house key that I would use maybe once a day.

I think I am definitely sold on a cardholder - but not sure what I want to do about the keys. I have seen a lot of kirigami sets broken up where you can get one piece for a lower price but still unsure how convenient they would be..

What SLGs do you find the most useful for day to day life??

6 key holder and/ or key pouch sound like they would be great for you. I have both and use both every day. They are the most used pieces in my collection. I also love the mini pochette since it’s a great as a catchall in my bags but can always be used to downsize if I need to go out after work and don’t want to carry my bigger purse.

I love my 6 key holder and key pouch. The first I use for our house keys (we have different keys for the front/back door) and my parents' house keys. The second I use for my car key. I don't have keyless entry, but if I did, I'd love the key pouch even more. It's really nice to be able to just plop your key pouch into your bag and not have to worry about it.

Before I invested in these pieces, I used to have my keys just floating around in my backpack (for work) and purse. They'd scratch other things and, more importantly, it'd be really hard to find them! They'd sink to the bottom of the bag, since they're heavy, and they'd be all jumbled and out of order, so it'd be hard to find my house key when I needed it.

As for LV, I'm not a huge fan of their cles, because I don't like how you can see the stitching through the canvas. I got a Gucci outlet one instead that has piping all around to hide any of that kind of stitching.

Hey the 6 ring key holder I really love but I also love and use the key pouch too. I can use my car key on both. The pouch fits lots of cards in it and some money so can double as a wee wallet, so when I put my car key on it I don’t put it inside the pouch. If I use my car key on the 6 ring holder I can still close it over but again I just leave it out so it’s not to bulky. My car isn't keyless entry so that’s why I like it to hang out. I can add some pics if you like. The mini pochette is so so cute and will hold all ur bits n bobs init. It would fit nicely in a bigger bag. I have yet to use mine but I think this is a really good buy I got mine before the price increase too. The kirigami to me was a steal each pouch can be used for different things. I’ve not used mine yet but when I decide to do I plan to use the smallest one as a mini wallet when I’m not using the key pouch, the medium fits a passport in it and there’s space for paper work or a mini cosmetic pouch to put in a bigger bag. The largest one fits my mini iPad it but I’m going to use this for a night out or to dinner as it’s so cute as a clutch.

Ah you're making me regret my return lol! I think it was the middle size that threw me because I couldn't think of that many uses for it. I may keep an eye on some of the resellers who are selling them as individual pieces because the small and large would be great to have

I’ve noticed people selling them individually at higher prices so it may cost you more. If you did buy the set again and the middle size wasn’t much use to you, you could sell it x

Lv Slgs wear really well.. when i started buying LV i was not sure of what to start with too.,

now i really cannot live without my 6 key holder, mini pochette , key cles, round coin purse and victorine wallet.

i keep moving these from one bag to another and am out of the house in 5 minutes .. makes bag switching so much easier

I love my key pouch so much, it fits so many cards with extra room left over. I always recommend it to people.

I love my mini pochette as well but the key ring is what makes the key pouch more of a go-to for me. I can just grab it and go without it taking up much room!

This thread is such a blessing, I wanted to open a similar one!
I’m planning to order a Mon Mono speedy 30 as soon as the nearest boutique will open again, I’d like to get some SLG to keep things organized in my bags too.
I’m still undecided on what to get, PA or mini? And definitely a pochette cosmetique or a poche toilette 15, I gave both to my nieces as a gift and it’s incredible how much they fit!
I don’t need to put my phone in it, but I tend to carry quite a lot.
I had a vintage PA some years ago but sold it for a song, I began hunting for one last week and I was amazed by the prices for used ones! Crazy!

If you like both the PA & the mini I would get both for your collection. The PA is a decent size and I bought the mono adjustable Strap to wear it as a cross body. The strap is also quite cute on the mini too but I can’t get my phone in there.These were both hard to get for me I think I was searching over a year but managed to get both in store last year. Before I got my mini the SA was trying to sell me a toiletry 15 but I just wasn’t sold, but now I’m considering adding all three of the the toiletry pouches to my collection. The cosmetic pouch PM is such a cutie I just tried my iPhone 11 in it and if fits with space for other things x

Thanks! The mini is such a cutie and it can be mon monogrammed too
I don’t want to end up with SLG that are too similar in space, so I’d prefer a smaller and a bigger one
