Other than Black/Flamma in your opinion what is the most popular/hard to find color combinations?


My thought is that Brandy/Brick is one of the most hard to find combinations......as I have looked hi and low for a ladybag in this combo as well as a waiting list for this one with no luck......Guess I will have to wait until the next launch......

Brandy's tend to be harder to come by across the board.

I had a Cammello/Orange bucket. It was beautiful, but it was a mini so I sold it.
I've only seen that combo on the MG site.

The rarest colors I have seen are Brandy/Cipria (Rose Gold) and Black/Dolly.

I had that combo in the mini too. It was gorgeous.
I would have loved a black/dolly anything!!!:D

another elusive combo would have to be cammello/azzurro, in all bag styles. seems only available on MG.com if u can even get your hands on it!! haven't seen any stores carry that combo yet!

Cammello/Orange and Cammello/Azzurro are offered by LaPrendo, who generally have one of the largest selections of MG colors and styles I've seen. They're based in Singapore, and I do find that retailers in different countries seem to accommodate different tastes. For example, Cammello/Rosa seem far more common among US retailers than international ones. Besides LaPrendo, I have seen Cammello/Orange at Collette and Cammello/Azzurro at Matches, but never thru a US retailer.

I would've loved Brandy/Cipria! Hope they come out with more interesting colors like these next. I find the new ones like Pink and Sand too commercial and not worth the fuss of obtaining an MG bag!

I agree with you, Chiaze regarding LaPrendo. In their most recent pre-order (last week), they had the Cammello/Orange and Cammello/Azzuro colors for buckets, mini buckets and ladybags. I pre-ordered a Cammello/Orange ladybag. Can't wait!!


In June this year, I saw Cammello/Azzuro mini bucket (how rare!) in-store at Steven Alan in Tokyo (Shibuya outlet) and shared it on the intel thread.


I think, in general, Brandy doesn't seem to be stocked by stockists. :(
Especially the ladybag?
I've been trying to find a Brandy/Cleo ladybag but even LaPrendo didn't have it for pre-order.


What's Brandy/Cipria color though??

cpetty08, really? I tried for it at the launch (at promptly 11, as did everyone else I am sure!) and it didn't have the strike-out on that tiny circle for at least 3 mins but somehow, every time it got to my cart there would be Inventory Issue.


I only had my eye on the Brandy/Cleo ladybag to be honest. By the time I gave that up (after those exasperating 3 mins of refreshing and being able to add but unable to checkout) and tried the other combis, I already knew it was going to be futile for the rest. :(

It is hard to find. I have seen it on one online store a while ago sold out by the time I saw it. But during Laprendos preorder I managed to get one - they seem to list all bags/colours and then they must order what people have requested.

Jaime, I am not sure if that is true though, that they list all the colors and then order after. I believe their buyer already got notified which colors are available and quantities they could order in bulk.


Cos' I did call them at last week's pre-order to ask if I could pre-order a brandy with them (brandy was not listed in their pre-order at all! :( although they had a picture of the brandy bucket on the pre-order page) and they said no, their buyer did not choose brandy for the pre-order this season.

When I ordered during the last preorder they had pretty much all listed and able to be ordered (apart from the odd one or two that said "sold out" by the time I looked). And they took a non refundable 50% deposit so I assumed they must order after that - either way the last preorder had almost everything available. I didn't look this time because I didn't want to commit to their non-refundable deposit in case I changed my mind so maybe it was different this time.


Regardless how they do it that was the only place I was able to get camello azzuro apart from the MG website which I haven't and won't ever buy from.
