Not sure if a question like this has been posed before or not, but what purses do you find to be the most common in your area? Brand, style or otherwise.
I live in Northern California: Sacramento area and I see, in order: LOTS and LOTS of Coach and Louis Vuitton, some Juicy Couture and a few Dooney and Bourkes, Chanels and Burberrys.
Granted, I'm sure there's plenty of fakes in there, simply because I see too many high end bags. Especially the expensive models ($1000+) of LV's/Chanels, most of the girls looked too young to be able to afford purses like that without living off Top Ramen for a year. Considering this, my next observation is sure to be skewed incorrectly, but whatever:
Its interesting to note how much boutiques in the area have a weight on what purses you see. The aforementioned purses are the ones with local shops in my area (minus the Chanels, there's no shops carrying those here) I guess most people don't travel too far out of their way or shop online. I gotta admit, getting your bag from a boutique in-person is probably the best experience-wise. For instance, there's no Gucci boutique here, and I've only seen one besides mine awhile ago
But anyways, I went slightly-off topic.
What have you ladies observed in your area?
