docride Mooncakes are best to be eaten. Traditional baked mooncakes consist of a thick filling usually made from lotus seed paste and may contain yolks from salted duck eggs. These days, modern mooncakes are made with a host of other fillings ranging from chocolates to fruits to whatever the can chef think of. Mooncakes are eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival which falls on the 15th day of the Eighth month of the Lunar Calendar. This year that happens to be on September 14.

3 pieces of mooncakes, mikan soft toy not included:
2 x lotus seed paste with yolk, and
1 x black sesame paste

Thanks ms piggy for the detailed explanation and the bigger image of NumNum and mooncake.
