Very late reply: I own several MB wallets. Almost impossible to judge from those photos, and there are a LOT of fakes out there. Check the stiching, especially on the corners. It should look professional and not a rag tag change of direction. The embossing should be deep and clear. The inner linings should have some MB name or pattern on them (not all, some are plain black, but thats a rarity). For a while MB introduced a tiny hologram on a strap inside the wallet. This has a serial and pattern number on it. MB have now dropped it as even they were getting faked. The MB “star” emblem should be brilliant white and is very hard on real wallets. If it has excessively scratched its probably a fake. The star isnt always aligned even on real ones - eg a point doesn't always point directly up. The star itself can differ as well, sometimes a small one on a small rou d metal plate etc). Box and papers are easily forged. Best verification is a sales receipt, but even that can be forged. Dealers sometimes stamp the warranty book, but not always.
As far as I can see from your photos the wallet is genuine.
(MB Pens are also faked but its easier to aithenticate)
