Monogram Shawl with Wedding Dress?

Congratulations to a beautiful bride, gorgeous dress! I couldn't even have a bouquet (DH is severely allergic to flowers) so I carried a Bible from Canterbury Cathedral which I thought was pretty special (I'm in Canada so we had to make an effort to get it) - but if I had thought of it I would have loved something LV with it. I have to agree with those who say the bride doesn't need a purse though - all those attendants to carry what you need! Although ... the Queen carries a handbag and has attendants all the time.
