Any MV collecters here? Just discovered her and love her things! My fave is the RG Friendship bracelets and the Fiji Bud. I love that they are high quality, not expensive, avail at Nord (or 2 day shipping from UK!) and can be engraved for free! Anyone else follow her? Also, her sample sales are NUTS!!

I like some of the designs but can’t get past the vermeil. If they had the same stuff available in solid gold, I might be interested. A lot of Monica vinader is worn on the tv show Four weddings and a funeral
Just thought I would add this to this thread as I'm very happy. My husband accidentally threw away my mini huggie MV diamonds hoops in SS a few weeks ago when he was tidying up in the bathroom 
I managed to dig one of them out of the bin, but one was never seen again. I contacted MV and they agreed without hesitation to replace them with a NEW pair for 50% off!! So I'm getting a brand new pair of earrings half price 
I just have to send them my old earring for recycling. Very happy with their customer service.

I'm new to this forum and just found this thread. I'm a big fan of MV! I have earrings, necklaces, pendants, rings, friendship bracelets, and leather jewelry boxes. I only shop their sales, from both their site and the Chicmi sample sales that offer pieces for 60-80% retail which ship directly from MV's UK warehouse.
I usually only buy 14k jewelry but I love MV's designs. I've found that the vermeil does tarnish if I leave them untouched in my jewelry box for months, but the tarnish comes off with a silver cleaning cloth and the jewelry looks brand new after.
I agree that their customer service is amazing. I bought a Havana friendship bracelet from a sample sale and after 2 years one of the gold buds at the tip of the cord got lost. I brought it to the MV store in NY and even though they could not pull up my order history on their retail site since it was a sample sale purchase, they shipped it to the UK for repair. I never take off the vermeil friendship bracelets so the gold is starting to fade, and I'll be sending them for replating once the fading is very noticeable.
