Moisturize Bal in Singapore

Hi Gals, i have heard about LMB products such as moisturizer, can I get these in Singapore, I would like to avoid the shipping fees. I want to make my City and Day bags shiny leather.

I've seen a moisturizer in Colorwash but not sure it works best with Balenciaga.
