Moisture for nails

Hello Ladies,

I have a question,what can I do to give my natural nails back the moisture they lack ? I use polish everyday which I remove 2 or 3 times a week with acetone free remover ....Sometimes I use Cnd oil sometimes I use hand lotion to threat my bare nails ...is there anything else I can do to keep them moisturized ? Ur tipps are appreciated

I use Essie Feed Me, Hydrating Base coat under every manicure. My nails are growing well, even during the dry winter months. It also has a sticky feel to it so polish adheres to it very well.
