Hi, I absolutely think you will love this purse, I know I do! It's as light as a feather even filled up and it holds a lot. Please be careful when you go to purchase it, there is an older version that I see on a lot of dept store websites without the detachable strap, it is a much more versatile bag with the detachable strap. Also it's still selling for $275 on a lot of sites, I purchased mine on the
Coach online outlet sale in the peacock color for less than half of that. It may be in the outlet stores too. I am attaching pictures so that you can see what it holds including an iPad mini.
You can wear it hand held, on the shoulder but it's tight, shoulder strap but it's not adjustable and a little long on me and cross body which is great for me. I'm 5"4" and 130 lbs. The only negatives I have found are it does not have a dome shape at all like it shows in the picture which disappointed me, but it's a beautiful tote. If you like the domed shape there is a larger version that actually snaps the "ears down" and gives you the option of that look. That's a stunning bag to look into too. The only other negative for me is that there are no interior pockets, which I thought very strange but there is a zipped pocket that I use to keep my phone in so I can find it quickly.
