I must have been stuck under a rock for awhile, but when can one purchase the MOCA neverfull, and what does MOCA stand for?

You can only buy them from the MOCA temporary store at the MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) in Los Angeles. 
The exhibit is currently running and will go until February 11th; they don't do charge sends, you have to go to the store in person to purchase it.
