I'm surprised I don't see this here, but customer service is completely nonexistent. If you look at their instagram account, you'll see their comments are usually from disgruntled customers. It's insane, actually. I've never seen this type of customer dissatisfaction elsewhere, def not

I purchased from Mlouye and while the bag is fine, I contacted customer service. I was told I would have a response by 24-72 hours, though it noted a delay due to "higher than normal volume." It's been nearly a month and nothing, not even after follow up emails.
This has left a major bad taste in my mouth about this company and based on principle alone, I will not purchase from them again. Guess I should've known from there comments they get.
