I've not heard about this brand so thank you for the link..........I find their bags and slg's impressive and, like you, very much love the architectural shapes and great range of colours/combinations.

I like the Sera, too, and look forward to seeing yours when it arrives. The Helix is also rather nice.

The quality looks very good, as well as the prices, plus free shipping.....I hope they do very well.

I hope they do, too! I forgot the exact date my Sera is supposed to ship on, but it should be very soon. I will be sure to post pictures when it arrives! I got in in their gorgeous cranberry colorway. I want to get a couple of their SLGs, too.

I'm surprised I don't see this here, but customer service is completely nonexistent. If you look at their instagram account, you'll see their comments are usually from disgruntled customers. It's insane, actually. I've never seen this type of customer dissatisfaction elsewhere, def not Polene.

I purchased from Mlouye and while the bag is fine, I contacted customer service. I was told I would have a response by 24-72 hours, though it noted a delay due to "higher than normal volume." It's been nearly a month and nothing, not even after follow up emails.

This has left a major bad taste in my mouth about this company and based on principle alone, I will not purchase from them again. Guess I should've known from there comments they get.

Wow, really? That's horrible. I never had to contact customer service, so I had no idea.

Also, @MiniMabel here is the photo of my Sera! I totally forgot that I promised to post a pic. It's a lovely bag, so I'm sad to see that the brand has bad customer service. It seems like a common theme with some of these contemporary brands.

They offer intl express shipping and cover duties and taxes, that is a plus for me (at my end of the world, leather duty and taxes can be up to 50% of product price).
i like the business bag - I've been using two compartment type bags (e.g. the prada double zip) etc as a laptop bag so to actually have a double zip style bag where one compartment is actually designated as a laptop sleeve is familiar.

I recommend the sera in cranberry! It's unbelievably vibrant and gorgeous. If you want one, I saw one in good condition for like 400 on poshmark. I was looking for one of their airpod cases secondhand with no luck. The cases are so cute, but don't seem to be restocked regularly. A shame.

Your atlas, however, is so cool! I love how crisp and precise Mlouye bags look. The jet black emphasizes those sorts of details.

I've just ordered a Sera bag - it looks stunning. Yet another brand I would not have known about if I didn't browse these forums! I went for the macaron colour way as it would work well with my wardrobe.

I made an experiment with Mlouye mini Naomi wallet in Gummy colour, heard they are stiff, but it is sooo cute… but I don't like stiff rigid leather, anyway I love this little piece. A friend of mine has several and she adores them
