I have had mine for almost 10 years. They are gorgeous and hold up beautifully. I’ll try to post some pictures for you. The older collection bags are beautifully made.
This is literally almost 10 years. It’s been worn to death and not babied at all. Goes to flea markets. Gets set on the ground. No peeling, no marks in corners. Hardware still bright. Braided handle still beautifully glazed. It only gets better with age. So soft. Beautiful pebbled leather. If you can find a nice Skorpios, I recommend them very highly! I took a flash to show you how good the corners are after so many years. Hope this helps.

Congratulations on your beautiful bag. The hardware has stayed beautiful on mine (much better than the hardware on my Louis Vuitton actually). The handle just gets better with time. it's still glossy and supple. I'd love to see a picture of your bag. I'm looking for a black one - ha ha!
Here is mine. I got it at Savers for 20.00 and had it authenticated here, the zipper pull was missing so I put my own on. That was the only thing wrong with it, it looks brand new! I think the color is Merlot, not sure though.. The leather is so soft and gorgeous, I've been using it everyday and then worried that I would wear it out, so thank you for posting. The black is really beautiful too! This is my first MK bag and I love it! What about rain, will that hurt it? I use most of my leather bags in the rain with no problems but they aren't calfskin.
