Nothing overly special, I live in the Falls and have been crossing over to the one on the American side for as long as it has been open and a lot of the stock is the same. The Canadian store is a bit bigger and has more of a clothing selection.

we're planning a trip to the falls, wondering if the new outlet at canada one is worth going to? how are the prices? is it alot better than the one at vaughan mills?
is it cheaper to go to the one on the american side (fashions outlet niagara falls)?

Jen I didn't find anything fancy there.. Lots of clothes.. I dont abt the one in V/m so I can't say... Comparable to the one in the US.. I would make the trip just for that store..
