I have emailed MK CS on two separate occasions to ask a question. Both times I have never gotten a response. Is this typical? I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there.
 
CS usually responds better with phone calls.
I think I will try that. Email actually did finally respond to my latest question. I asked when the next collection would be released and if there would be any new styles coming in Iris. The rep told me to visit the website. That was it.
I sent the message through the website, so obviously I already had been to the website.
