MJ Stam clasp

Hi All

I just bought my first Stam. However I am having a difficult time opening the bag! The clasp is very secure. Is there a easy way to open the bag? One salesperson told me to pull apart in opposite direction. Another salesperson told me to twist and open.

Any advice is deeply appreciated!

I think twist and open is fine. I have a MJ the Kid and it is with the same clasp too. I found that it will get lose after a period of time.

Hi All

I haven't practice yet. The stam is still sitting pretty.
I got the Stam in patent beige. It was a black Friday sale item at Nordstroms. I promise I will take pics!

I had hard time opening mine when i first got it and noticed that i had to twist it at a certain angle. it's good that it is secured bc i had another stam that i had to send into repairs last year bc it was really loose, it came undone all the time

oh...this question reminded me of something embarrassing. few months ago, i was at the mall and tested out this hand lotion..and when i paid for it, i wasn't able to open the kiss lock to get my wallet out! how embarrassing! I tried for a good 30 secs and got so frustrated and finally asked the SA for help... =\

Lol. That is my worst fear! That I can't open the bag and there is a long checkout line behind me! Haha
