Mixing powder bronzer with your moisturizer??

So today i was thinking about mixing my powder bronzer with my moisturizer. is this a stupid idea? i was going to pick up a little pile of it with my fingers and then pump the moisturizer onto my hand and rub them together....has anyone done this? what effect will it have on my face? hmm i might try tomorrow haha.

I do this with liquid bronzer, because powder just gets too messy for me.

ETA: works as an all over color for me when I feel too pale, lol. Because obviously my mom would kill me if I went out and tanned. I am lucky to be naturally tan! lol. Oh and I also mix foundation with moisturizer to make my own tinted moisturizer sometimes.

You can do that with shimmer powder, eyeshadows, or MAC pigments as well. Give it a try.

I tried mixing my Bare Minerals bronzing powder with my moisturizer, and I found that the effect wasn't as noticeable (as compared to moisturizing my face first then applying the bronzer).
