Hi Ladies, does Chanel fix the missing stone? i am thiking to get this but pointless if it cant be fix.

I don't know if Chanel will fix it or not but you can always take it to your local jeweler and have simple rhinestones glued in to replace them. I had that done with a pendant that beloned to my grandmother, that was missing one stone. It wasn't Chanel, but it worked just fine.

You can do it yourself if you are crafty at all. My Mom had a belt with diff size stones in it and I just went and bought a set of assorted sizes to figure out which ones I needed, and then I ordered nicer stones online from swarovski. I now have more spare stones in case she needs them and it worked like a charm!

I took a ToyWatch to a jeweler to have a crystal stone replaced...you could never tell, and it cost $8.

I know Chanel replaces missing crystals. If you have a receipt, it will be free. if you don't have the receipt, they will charge you $20 (in Canada)

Yes, Chanel will fix it for sure. It is just missing rhinestones. I need to replace a missing stone for my earrings too. Not the more common rhinestone or crystal kind, but a bigger, coloured stone. I hope it is still in stock.
