I bought the Paris travel bag the other day at Printemps. When I was unpacking last night, I noticed they didn't include the shoulder strap. do you think Longchamp will send me one or will I have to purchase one?
If you have the receipt you should be able to get it from longchamp? Is it normally included in the price of the travel bag? If it’s missing then longchamp should provide xx
