Missing rain jacket from Kelly?

Hi! I just got my brand new K28 from my local boutique last week. I noticed that there’s no rain jacket or “rainhat” in the box. I can always buy another branded one but would you reach out to your SA? He opened it in front of me, so not sure if this was supposed to be in the box? The leather care book is included but not the “Rainhat”.

My SA mention to me that they are stopping all raincoat, hope this help

I was told you have to ask for one now to get it. Unlike before, it was standard to find it in the box.

Of course, asking at Hermes should always be your first port of call. Why wouldn't you?

Hermès is on a mission to reduce its use of plastics (which can only be a good thing). I was told the stuffing inside new bags will also change soon, possibly to a wool material.
Just ask at your boutique.

If they've stopped giving them out as standard that's a good thing. I never use mine. I'm glad they're keeping some for people that ask.

my H bags came with two raincoats, was that the previous standard? i do keep one inside each bag because one day it was pouring as i was leaving a store and the rain coat really was useful and saved my K25

Hi, I got my brand new B25 from my local boutique and is also missing the rain cover. I reached out to my SA and her response was “they don’t give it anymore”. Wonder if it’s a new change.

My previous quota bags came with a raincoat as well, just missing in the one purchased last week…

Hi, I got my brand new B25 from my local boutique and is also missing the rain cover. I reached out to my SA and her response was “they don’t give it anymore”. Wonder if it’s a new change.

No rain coats will be included. May be able to request one, but not a guarantee since they will probably stop making those as well.
