Miroir Lockit Update? [Picture of page 4]

my '2nd' SA told me that miroir lockit is going to launch in summer, but my 'first' SA said it's not been confirmed...
i think the source must come out with a reason....so i believe it's going to happen

that's weird. we usually have briefings where we get all the details about the bags to come but i have heard nothing about a miroir lockit. yet.

just to clear things up: some SAs can't help it if they never heard of it. i haven't. there are 2 or 3 events in paris where one of my colleagues gets sent and gets all th information on new bags to come. there was one in november for all the bags to come til april, and there will be one in april for the bags to come til july or so. we can't help it if we don't have the info yet.

Oh, I totally understand that!
However, some of us have encountered SAs who reacted RIDICULOUSLY to our request for information on the Miroir Lockit, to the extent of laughing at our "stupidity". That's just not necessary!

My SA, who is the waitlist specialist, said yesterday, she still has not heard....but she said she knows I was the first one to ask about it, if it does happen.

This is logical and I really understand that but it's one thing if a SA can't help because she don't know nothing about it but it's another if a SA really laugh on your face and treats you like a fool. Among the rest I was treated so. Anyway I hope the LV SA's get this Information soon.

ITA!! It's never happened to me, but I have read on this forum that it did happen to others, which is completely uncalled for.

The info was pretty confidential when I posted Mich, Reb, and I posted this info on here in November. Word is slowly spreading around... :sneaky:

Same here..it's never happened to me either but when an SA laughs at you and acts like you have no idea what you're talking about, I'd want to complain.

And yup, it's slowly spreading around to the higher SAs. :graucho:
