I kept the sangles on my Kelly buckled and the stitching left a minor indentation (it's not pressed in, but it's a slight mark?). Ugh, I should have known better and put the felt cloth on, but has anyone had this issue and does it fade away? If not, is this something that the spa can help with? TIA

Please don't stress. It's practically invisible in a closeup shot, so it's barely there! That will go with time and use anyway, but you could also just gently rub it out with your forefinger (make sure fingernails are clipped short when you do). The warmth of your skin+natural skin oils should remove the slight mark. It doesn't need a trip to the spa at all!
Your bag is lovely. Enjoy! :)
