Mini Zumi strap adjustment .. need help

hi hello everyone.
I hope you’re all great and doing well..
i don't know if im posting the thread in the right forum.. anyways

I just got the mini Zumi bag from Gucci and i unboxed it.. and attached the strap .. but im not sure if the strap is supposed to look this way .. one side is more visible..

If anyone has the (mini) and can tell me for sure ..

I have a mini and the strap with the two buttons that you see in your picture #2 can slide left or right (of course when one of the two buttons you see there get close to the loop resembling a belt loop it stops (probably a bit before the button would reach the loop) and so basically just pull a little on the side not showing as much and you should be able to even them out. Sorry about my describing skills LOL but hope this helps!
