Hi, I’ve loved the mini Bayswater forever and finally decided to pull the trigger. After receiving it, now I’m not so sure. The bag itself is perfect. It fits everything and then some. My problem is, I absolutely hate the strap. I prefer to wear all my bags crossbody. Being plus size, I wish designers would make straps just a bit wider and a bit longer. I know I’m not the market they cater to, but one can dream.😉 I’d love to know thoughts if the bag looks too short on me as a crossbody. Sorry, I take terrible pictures. Thank you!

That's an interesting comment as I too wear my bags crossbody as I use a walking stick.
Yours looks fine, and I would think you can access it and feel it's secure, but it has to be comfortable for you and how it feels.
I'm 5ft 4 and the length on most of my bags is ok, but I also have an issue with the strap width and have been changing my handheld / long strap bags to those with wider straps ie, Antony, Small Bryn and Sadie.....
The Antony is obviously more adjustable, the Bryn and Sadie straps are just about right on the furthest setting but may be too short for taller folk.
It's really all down to personal choice and how you wear it.
I hope you either begin to love it, or find another solution!

I've previously purchased woven straps from etsy for my bags to make them more wearable or for a different look.
Sometimes when I get a much wished for purchase I also have a period of wonder after talking it up in my head.

Hello! I'm thinking of getting my first bag from Mulberry, a mini zipped bag. I just can't find many photos of how this bag looks crossbody. I'm 5'3'' and I don't like it when a bag makes me look even shorter. I would appreciate it, if someone around my heigh owns it and can post a photo. Thanks!
