On shoulder - I have the strap set to the shortest length and I am 5'6". Would like the strap to be shorter but I can deal cuz she is sooooo pretty!!!

Yes, it has gold hardware I think all the non-Saffiano versions have gold hardware, with the exception of the grey quartz one.
I didn't get my Sadie in black violet, although I may later on!
