Mini PA as crossbody

Hi there! I’ve come across many posts in other threads asking about the mini pa and it being worn as a crossbody. I figured I would create a thread just for the mini pa as a crossbody where people can share pictures and ideas on the various straps they use to convert their mini PAs into crossbody bags.

There have been mixed reviews about wearing the mini pa as a crossbody, but I personally love it! So much so that I purchased the mini PA in all 3 classic prints! Especially given the recent trend in mini bags, to me it looks just fine and not too small.

I also included a comparison picture of another mini bag that I have, which has the same dimensions but fits LESS than the mini PA due to the mini PA being wider at the base and more malleable.

In terms of what I fit inside: key pouch (money & cards), car key, house key, iPhone X (no case) and there’s room for gloss or some other small items. It’s great when all you need to carry are you basics.

As for the chain I used to convert the mini pa into a crossbody, it was purchased from K-craft, the model is BG01 and is offered in many lengths. K-craft sells on eBay and Amazon.

This makes me want this even more! Id love for it to fit my iPhone 11 pro (smaller than the normal 11) I origanly wanted this and PA and attach together similar to the multi pa with the price increase buying both is a little out my price range and I'm tempted to get the nano speedy instead. But if more people show how easy it can fit a phone I may be swayed to get the mini!

I’m not the right person to talk you out of getting the DE, it was the last one that I added to the 3 classics and I love it!

Love! If I like it I’ll have to buy a proper LV strap I don’t think I can bare one of the leather ones of amazon lol

It fits the iPhone X. it won’t fit the larger phones. If you have a larger phone and want it to fit, the I suggest the regular pochette accessoires

Surprisingly, I bought a vachetta strap from Etsy, the seller was « fastestsloth » it was something like 70$ and it is amazing quality. I bought it because people were raving about the reviews so I figured I would try it out.

I’ve been wearing it with my PA in Azur, which was brand new when I got the vachetta strap. Surprisingly, both the strap and the vachetta tab on the bag are oxydizing at the same rate. And the gold hardware is practically the same color.

I’m really happy with it and the price point given that I’ve worn the bag when traveling and didn’t want to care too much about getting sunscreen and dirt on it.
