Mini or regular saddle?

I have my heart set on the saddle bag but can't decide whether to get a mini or regular size. I was leaning towards the mini as I am short at 5ft2 and a UK size 8 but will I regret it and wish I got the bigger size? Does it really fit nothing? I don't carry a lot with me on a daily basis and my Chloe Drew small used to be my go to bag.

I have watched loads of YouTube videos on the mini but still can't decide. Unfortunately I don't live near any boutiques so can't try them for size. I did measure them both on a bit of cardboard and cut them out to check the size but don't think it really helped

My second dilemma is that I can't decide between black grained leather or navy oblique? I love the look of oblique but feel leather might be more practical and black will go with more. I guess my heart says oblique but my head says black leather! Which would you choose?

I would go for the regular, the shape comes out more beautiful and even the regular is not that big of a bag.
I had the Vintage Oblique and the size was good and it could fit some things

The medium is already a small bag but can fit the essentials and be worn over the shoulder. The mini is a handheld bag that can only hold cards and a lipstick. It depends what you want to use it for but I think the medium is the best choice. I would also suggest the leather as it’s more versatile.
