Mini Mono Josephine GM on Let-Trade $319?

Hi ladies,

Can someone please tell me if this looks like a good deal? I've been watching his site for a while and have never seen a Josephine GM go for this less... Does it look like its worth $320 or has it been really used? Please let me know. Thank you very much!

The outside looks pretty good, just a little dirty on the bottom, but have to expect that out of mini monogram I guess!
The only thing that bugs me is the inside...I know you can't see it when you're using it and all...but I never buy bags with a dirty lining!
$319 IS a pretty good price though. And it's the GM too.
