Mini love ring

Hi! So I bought a mini love ring second had. I was looking at the stamping and not sure what the stamping means. My other chattier pieces don’t have it. Does anyone know that the star 1 TO means?

I also noticed the ring is more rounded and not as shape as my yellow mini love ring. And the screws go to the edge of the ring can anyone help me with his is it normal?

I would get it authenticated. I have the same ring, and it doesn’t look like that with the screw motif spilling over the edge of the ring.
