This beauty arrived today!
I am really happy and would live to keep it. BUT has anyone experiences with the metallic leather? I’m really scared that it will scratch easily or loose the color. Would be very grateful to hear your experiences! Many thanks!

I can't comment on how this leather holds up, but it looks gorgeous. Neutral enough to be easy to style but soooo not boring. Congrats on your new YSL!

I love metallic leather! I consider them a neutral. I got the medium college bag in a metallic bronze and it has held up really well. I've had it for just over a year and have used it in all seasons including a snowy winter day.

Thanks! Corners are perfect still and I didn't use anything to treat the leather.

Sadly, I decided to return it.. I was just to afraid that anything could scratch the leather without any option to repair it, due to the color..
I think it holds all the necessary essentials for a night out, like my iphone, keys, small purse, lip gloss, tissues etc
Maybe I will go for an easy care color.. especially the tassel and the chain belt makes it look gorgeous!
