MINI FLAP BAG WITH TOP HANDLE (Fall-Winter 25-26 Pre-collection)

Haven’t purchased a new CHANEL piece for quite a while, but I simply couldn’t walk past this little beauty. Would like to share some eye candy.

This purchase was not without some drama. The original piece I got had some structural defects and it was really bugging me, so I contacted CHANEL for an exchange. I have to take my hat off to the customer service - it was impeccable! I was promptly invited to bring the bag to one of the boutique (exchange was done in a different country to where the purchase was made) where an exchange was facilitated. Although I was initially somewhat disappointed with the production quality, prompt resolution and a very warm yet extremely professional attitude from CHANEL were really remarkable.

It’s been a while since I could justify another Chanel. But this Camel colour in combination with a matte gold hardware is so much deeper than my M/L classic in Beige, I just had to have it. That and the stunning CC decorated handle… I’m a “caviar-only” girl and it’s definitely something I’ll cherish and get a lot of use out if.
