Hi Ladies,

My bag style has changed as my kids have gotten older and I don't need to ALWAYS lug 486 unique items with me every day. I am very fond of being hands-free and like cross body styles. I love how the Borough looks, but I want to know how usable is it?

I wouldn't need to carry too much but can I fit my sunglasses? What size wallet fits? I'm not close to a store so driving would be a challenge to see it IRL. I usually carry a medium or full size wallet (although I'm happy to scale down), glasses, keys, phone, mints, lip balm and maybe a small notepad/pen. I often keep a larger work style tote also for all the bulkier items.

I would appreciate any photos of what fits inside, modeling shots, reviews regarding comfort, practicality, etc. What do you think of the mini Borough?:smile1:

The Mini Boroughs fit less than a similar sized bag because of the three compartments.
It is tough to fit bulkier items. I can fit my full sized zip around wallet(in the outside compartment), my glasses or sunglasses in a Coach case ( not an oversized case), my car key and IPhone. You could also fit a lip balm, mints and maybe a very small notepad.
This is in my pebbled mini Borough. I returned my Marobox mini Borough because the compartments were tighter and less flexible. I could not fit my glasses case in there and it was a deal breaker. I'm not sure about the glove leather bags.
It would work better with a smaller wallet but I'm always too lazy to change mine!

I love my mini boroughs! I agree that the pebbled ones hold more. I returned the striped one because the compartments were a lot tighter. I put my medium sized wallet and keys in the front. I use the center compartment as a cosmetic case for a few odds and ends. The back zippered compartment holds a wristlet, a snack for my daughter, my phone, and a lipgloss. The bag is deceiving because it actually holds a lot more than one would think.

I had been eyeing the bar stripe one for a while and kept holding off worried it might be to tight. I finally got it and everyone was right--it holds more than it looks like it would. For me the compartments help make it work so items like my phone have a separate space. I have a mini skinny and card case in the first pocket. Phone in the middle pocket. Checkbook and keys in the back pocket. And it is easy to get everything in and out.

I do wonder if larger items like glasses would fit well or not--depending on size of case it could work.

It's good to know that the pebbled leather is more flexible--thank you for that. I prefer the pebbled leather anyway. I'd like to scale down to a smaller wallet, too, but I'm also pretty lazy when it comes to switching out.

You had me at the snack feature!:D I'm hoping that this bag is a surprise in that it can carry a decent amount. Does it feel comfortable on your shoulder or does it start to dig in after awhile? Curious about how it handles weight.

I could probably carry my glasses without a case--or just slip them into a fabric sleeve or something. My glasses are cheap so they don't need any special attention.:smile1: Thanks!

A snack is a necessity with a little kid. I usually just carry a fruit snack or a box of raisins, but it does fit! This bag is so comfortable and lightweight that I don't even feel like I am wearing it. I usually wear it crossbody. It is the first crossbody bag that has worked for me. I have bony shoulders, and usually the strap cuts in after awhile, but the mini borough is perfect! I hope you decide to get one. FYI- if you can find one at Macy's, they have a VIP sale for 20% off through Sunday :smile1:.
