I’m looking for advice from mini boite chapeau owners. Did you find you had an alignment issue with the interior of the purse, where the interior slants to one side and gets caught in the zipper?
I really really want this purse but all of the ones I’ve seen have this issue. (Particularly the ones Made in Italy)
Anyone else have this experience?

Yes mine has the same issue but it doesn’t bother me. It is such a cute bag and fits my essentials minus a phone. Very easy to use and I am just careful not to close the zipper too fast. Definitely a gorgeous piece if you love it

Your verniers one is so cute and special. Actually mini boite chapeaus are pretty rare to see a sighting lol I guess that’s also because of the size and price :giggle: in the whole time I’ve only seen 2 people and the have both have mono! I haven’t seen anyone with reverse and even rarer the vernis in public! So yours is definitely a rare unicorn!

tbh I liked the reverse but 1. it was out of stock (and I HAD to have one right then and there) and 2. at least with the vernis I can trick myself into saying it's worth it coz it's leather lol

but back to the topic, I wish the interior wasn't wonky, given it's leather, I'm hoping it will soften with use and will centre itself

Oh no! So sorry to hear that. Mine is slightly off but not like your one. That would of been hard for you to sell considering the expensive price tag. I’m glad you got a seller though. Did you have to wait long to sell it? LV quality is hard to predict these days. At least your SA ordered you another one. Alot would of just given us the excuse it’s hand made so blah blah blah. Anyhow, glad it worked out for you in the end!

Mine is slightly off but doesn’t bother me much so I’m ok. I do what you do and pull the zip out so it doesn’t hit it. Hope you get lots of use out of it and enjoy it! :flowers: :drinks:

I exchanged it for another one and received it a few days ago. It's also made in Italy. The interior isn't centered, but I confirmed it doesn't get in the way of the zipper!

The only thing that bugs me is there are some tiny imperfections on the luggage tag, but it's not obvious or noticable. I don't think it's worth the hassle to do a 2nd exchange and risk getting an even worse version. Let me know what you think!

Overall this bag is so cute. Definitely a collectors piece and can't wait to take her out!!

Ask for luggage tag replacement perhaps possible? Coz imperfection only on the luggage tag not the bag, IMO.
