Hi All,
I just purchased the Mini Antigona Sport Satchel in Paris but I'm disappointed in the condition of the bag. The shape seems to be flatter than in any of the pictures and videos available online. I don't know if this is how the purse is supposed to look, but I remember trying on the bag twice before and being thrilled by how beautiful it was. I feel like this particular bag is a bit lackluster. I suspect it's either a return or was stored improperly with no stuffing. Do you think it's reasonable to take it to a local US boutique and ask for an exchange? I did this once with a Saint Laurent bag because I discovered a small imperfection upon opening the package that I brought from Paris. Does Givenchy have the same type of service? Do you think it's even worth it or should I just suck it up because it's a slouchy bag. I still feel that it's way too flat.

I've attached some pictures which don't look as flat as it is in real life. I've tried stuffing it with paper and re-slouching the sides like the stock pics. Also, I tried this bag in another color and the shape was beautiful, but I don't know if this is how they all look eventually.

Thanks for any input!

A lot. I'm used to carrying a minimum amount of stuff in a toy SL Loulou. This bag holds like twice the amount of stuff. You could put a small wallet, iPhone 14 Pro Max, small bottle of water, makeup bag, keys, and possibly more.

What do you mean by flat? I think it looks good. Does it get more slouchy with use?

This particular bag was just...flat/ squished. Looks like they stored it improperly. When I tried the same bag in Nordstrom, it had a beautiful slouched shape, almost hobo-like, with the ends tapering out. In Paris, I tried a beige colored one and the shape was magnificent too. This one was underwhelming, but it was the only one in the lavender color I wanted, since it was from a couple of seasons ago. I haven't actually used it yet, as I'm still using my current favorite every day bag, but I've stuffed it with paper to try to get its shape back. I don't know if gets more slouchy with use; maybe they all look like that eventually. I decided to live with it though, it's probably not a good reason to return it. It's still a very nice bag.
