Milly sizing

Hi everyone! I need help determining my size for a Milly dress.

I'm a XS/S for Club Monaco, XS for Nanette Lepore blouses/jacket, 0/2 for DVF dresses, and 40 for D&G. I've heard that Milly runs a size bigger than other contemporary brands. Is this true? Should I go for a 0 then? TIA!!

With Milly it really seems to depend on the style, I have tried dresses in 8 and 10 and both fitted well

I actually think it fits a bit small but I think it depends on the item

For the brands you've listed, I wear the same sizes as well. I have a few items from Milly, particularly dresses, and they are all size 0. I actually wanted to try that particular dress that you posted, but the smallest locally was a 2 and it was too big up top for me.
