....is the discount good with every BIN purchase or does the seller have to state it on their listing? Thanks!
It's good on all BINs that use Paypal checkout - if you don't see the amount of cashback on the "commit to buy" page, it's not working. Some auctions aren't eligible b/c they use Auctiva or another form of checkout rather than Paypal. The seller doesn't even have to be aware of the promotion. HTH!
Did you start off by searching through live.com to get to ebay? You might want to check out this thread for more info. You can always do a search within the thread to find the info you're looking for
