Hi, Purseforumers. I might have to boldly ask for your advices again. As some of you already know, I had quite satisfying revision nose surgery at April 31 about a bit less than 4 years ago. Then I got greedy and went for the next one on my bucket list. BA surgery. Since I was really happy with my nose and fat graft at April I decided to just go with them again. It has been like 2 and a half years and so far.. I will give about 7~8/10 for the breast result. I got teardrop implant and I sure am happy with the shape. The reason I cannot really say 10 out of 10 is 1) I wanted a bit bigger. They recommended something more natural. Cannot blame them 100% for it since it is me who has agreed to it anyways but it has always been in my mind "what if I have just gone for a half cup bigger?"(From A to C... C- is what I had. I wanted D cup but they told me it might not be so natural considering my chest width and my ethnic background) But more than the size(still am quite happy and sure did give me more confidence), 2) it is the texture I am a bit more concerned about. They did tell me that round type implant will give softer feelings but I just.. thought teardrop was "da shxt" at that moment. My breasts are not hard or anything right now but... they are not 100% smooth like my own. Maybe I am being too unrealistic to expect that? Anyways, if some of you remember, one of the main reasons I first had my revision rhinoplasty and fat injection at April was because I have quite a bit of Korean friends who live in Korea and they recommended the clinic to me. And for my ba, I was just satisfied with my experience with the clinic so it is true that I didn't do much research and just went for the same clinic. Enough of the history, the main reason I am writing this post is! Have you heard of Microtan? Micro polyurethane? implant? My local Korean friends recently informed me that this is the latest implant in Korea that came out as more advanced version than Motiva implant and not that many clinics in Korea are using them yet because the implant itself is quite expensive. Like the premium implant kind? And of course, April being April..(they love depicting themselves as high ends, expensive, premium, luxury... well as long as I feel safe and am happy with the result, I don't mind. I can save some money from my other expenses when it comes to my face and body. But the thing is... there is no clear line to say that it is really worth it? For me, I shouldn't complain. Especially I have already experienced a botched nose job from another clinic and was diagnosed as "a complicated revision case" from many clinics. But still, their price is undoubtly very high), oops sorry. anyways, it seems like April 31 is one of the very few? only? plastic surgery clinics that have launched this implant at this point. I asked Brian directly to give me some more information or convincing details about it and he sounded very surprised by the fact that I already know about this? lol He was genuinely shocked and said he is scared of "our" resources. haha And unfortunately, he couldn't provide much other than his own words to describe since the "promotional materials" haven't been made yet. They just got started on this and even some Koreans don't know about this yet is what he said. And then his typical.. we don't really advertise blah blah blah.. just in case he reads this, Brian, you know I love you although I say mean things about you all the time. ;) So please help me here! Have you ever heard of this implant? Is it really the latest "da shxt"? Do you think it is worth going for my ba revision? Anybody who has some experience with micro..polyurethane implant or revision breast surgery, please help!! I do think of Brian as my friend at this point since we have been talking for almost 4 years now but some of you will know.. talking to him a lot will just make me get it done before I know it. He is just.. good at what he is doing let me say. He already has started brainwashing me on this new breast specialist and how advanced and expensive this implant is and all and I don't think talking to him is a good idea at this stage. Because I have that urge(travel bug.. well.. plastic surgery bug I call it for me) again since I've been kind of thinking of revision time to times "if" there were any other or more advanced options so was already in dilemma with motiva implant.. but was holding myself down telling me "it's not like there is something wrong with my breasts now... I'm just being greedy now.." but then when I heard that a more advanced and latest one just came out I kind of snapped and started looking for my air flights and stuff!! But kind of got back to my senses and now asking for your help my dear Purseforumers. Maybe I'm looking for someone to stop me. Or more positive support? Anything is good. Please do share your experience or opinions for me!!
