Hello everyone, I just bought a small wallet from the 22B collection and received the package today. It didn’t come with an authenticity card (the little black card that has the serial number). I don’t see a microchip but just a little sticker attached inside the wallet. Is it true that Chanel also stopped providing authenticity cards even for SLGs?

Thanks for letting us know! I just got a classic flap card holder too a few days ago here in Canada and it didn’t come with anything.. No card card, and also no retail tag either, and there was no serial number on the receipt/invoice that matched what was inside… is this normal? Thanks!
Hi! All my SLG purchases here in the US does show the serial number on the receipt that matches the item. I also get the retail tags BUT I know that varies here in the US as well some get it some don't. Maybe in Canada is different?
Thanks so much for the reply!! I tried to reach out to the boutique to inquire again but they basically just said they don’t give anything except box and dust bag and the serial number won’t show… so maybe it’s just in Canada then

Hi ladies, I just purchased my first Chanel bag I got the Coco top handle in small, I noticed that doesn’t have authentication card inside , is this normal? It dose have the micro chip but I thought they come with a card too ? I’m new to Chanel so I’m really not sure 😅

@forgetmenot301 is right--no cards anymore. However, if you want to see a record of the bag somewhere, you can "register" it to your account on the Chanel app.
