Michelle *****'s necklace

Anyone familiar with this necklace Michelle ***** had on at the debate last night? It looks to me like the flowers are on the pearls, not pins on the dress... any ideas who this is by? I think it's just gorgeous and looks fantastic with the basic shift dress.

I have not ever seen anything like this before, but I kind of think that they are pins w/ a large back that the pearls are clipped inside/around, if that makes sense. A string of pearls is more of a delicate thing and those flowers look so heavy to be on the strand itself, KWIM?

That's something I hadn't even thought of, but you might be right - they could be brooches pinned to the strand. I think it's a really pretty look.
