Okay, I pretty sure I am going to go for the Deco. It has a large square face which covers a good portion of my wrist.

Question - Does the alligator strap (or any of the straps) soften over time....i.e. MOLD or curve to the wrist?

Yes, all my Michele straps (alligator, lizard, python, etc.) have softened a bit and have molded to my wrist shape. I have the large-ish square faced Urban w/ diamonds. HTH!

I just got my diamond Deco watch yesterday and want to get a leather strap too. Now, just need to decide what colour. Thanks for the info about the strap.

regardless of brand the all do! all the leather or fabric strap watches i have wehre quite unatractively stiff at the beginnign and make the match look funny because it did not lie flat but after some time it really bends. another thing that helped is to store it on these watch cushions you know theses oval shaped things where you strap the watches on .oy hope that makes sense
