I own a white ceramic Chanel watch and a Michael kors rose gold watch already...but I feel like I have to get another watch and can't decide if I should go with the black or gold one...help me decide, please?

I love the gold watch. I want a gold one so bad.

I have the rose gold runway watch and a white ceramic (with rose gold bezel) from MK...

I have to say I was disappointed with how much the rose gold one discolored. I would worry the black would scratch off very easy. Probably less noticeable on the gold one if it does happen!

You made a good point in the black getting scratched....hopefully the gold one is still in the store:( I'll head out tomorrow. My hubby has two tone black and silver which I can probably borrow occasionally.

I like them both, but for me the gold one seems to have more "presence" if that makes sense. If you want a black watch, I highly recommend MK's ceramic ones. I have the MK5270, and haven't had any issues at all with it. It's been very durable, and I love the looks of it.
