Hi guys, I have recently purchased my sutton bag in medium - Black (saffiano leather) and when I got my bag and unwrapped it all, I realised there were creases(?!) on the front and the back due to the handle over-pressing (I assume, as the creases are in the shape of the handles). The package was really tight-fitted, wrapped with loads of bubble wrap. Just wondering if there is any solution to fix this. Have enclosed some images.

I'm so sad, was totally looking forward to this bag!

You can use a hot blow dryer to smooth it out. This will take about 15 minutes. Use your hands to smooth it out while pointing the dryer at it. Hope this helps....l

Yes, those are indentions caused by the handles being down when it was shipped. Keishapie has some good advise about using the hair blow dryer to warm up the leather so you can smooth it out. You may also want to try stuffing it with a pillow or something while the leather is warm to help keep the creases smoothed out as the leather cools. Hope you're able to get them out.
