Michael Kors Michael Kors Sloan creasing issue?

Hi,
I recently ordered the absolutely gorgeous lace effect Sloan that I've been dreaming about, but on opening the parcel I was surprised to find there's creasing / puckering to one side of the leather. I'm really disappointed particularly given the cost of the bag.


This is my 1st MK bag so is this normal? Am I overreacting? Will it plump out on its own?
Should I take it back for a replacement? Help please!

If you're not satisfied & happy with the bag, send it back for a replacement.

If the creasing was on both sides, I'd maybe think it was "normal" if I didn't know better, but only on one side? I'd definitely send it back for replacement.
