Just received this bag today. I thought I’d finally found the perfect-sized, reasonably-priced, quilted bag. It’s lovely BUT - the chain!!! OMG, it is ridiculously heavy. It went straight back in the box. Such a shame.

I know, crazy! I was really shocked as soon as I took it out the box. You could feel the weight of the chain. I didn’t even unwrap it all.
