Michael Kors Michael Kors Outlet - any advice for a first timer?

I have just visited a Michael Kors outlet for the first time and was very impressed. They have some great black leather bags. Is there anything I should know about MK quality? Some bags did seem to be of a softer leather than others. Anything I should avoid? For the last few years I have been a Coachie, but recently haven't had any luck finding what I want.

The quality of MK bags is far superior to Coach bags. To my knowledge they do not create bags for the outlet, like Coach, but I am not really sure. The MK outlet is just like any other outlet though so I don't know what advice I could give you.
