All year long. I have a variety of clothing, shoes and accessories from all seasons in electric blue. It's a seasonless color IMO. I just picked up electric blue Ralph Lauren driving mocassins in nubuck. It's definitely a year round color. Hot pink seems to be pretty year round now also. I have a pair of Cole Haan driving mocassins in hot pink and fall is when I bring them out. I love driving mocassins in the fall.

That's a year round color that goes best with white and black. I own a Selma in that color and just bought matching suede pumps for the Fall.

You can carry this color year round. I have a Sapphire Large Selma that I carry in the winter & fall, especially if I want a pop of color!!
