Merry Christmas Eve all!

I wonder if you all know if you experience this. I recently found a handbag online which was currently out of stock, so I called the local Michael kors in my area the sales associate was able to find the bag I wanted at another store at a different state, I was so excited I went in paid and filled out the information. She told me I would get an email of the transaction with a tracking number. I ordered this on Friday the 19th, already took the money out of my account, still have not received an email so I contacted the gal who placed my order she was surprised that I didn't received one! She has to contact me back and told me that it schedule to arrive December 24 by end of business day since Michael kors had guartunee that since the order had been before the 20 it will arrive by Christmas. I had asked for the tracking number and was told they are not allowed to give that out!!! WHAT! She replied yes sorry but you can call me to check the status, well I have and still schedule for today.... You all know what's coming it didn't come 😞 I don't even know where it is.. Why are they not able to provide a tracking number? When an order is placed on line we get one
 
When I order from the LV Boutique in Bloomingdales NYC it's the same thing, they can't give me a tracking #, but they tell me to make sure someone is there to sign for it. I have an app for the shipper they use and it automatically updates with the tracking #.
