I love my Coach bags but just could not find the right shoulder/crossbody.
I tried Hailey but the strap dug into my shoulders.
I tried Kristin but the zip opening was too small and I struggled getting my wallet out.
I tried Willis but flap closure was too much work and I could not figure out how to organize my stuff.

So I went to MK Outlet and found this lovely medium size shoulder/crossbody and it's just right for me.
