Miami or Bal Harbor

I am in Florida for a few more days and have the option to go to Chanel either in Miami or Bal Harbor. Which location has better stock typically or is better to shop at?

I’m looking for a Beige Clair Medium CF with Gold hardware for reference.

Is it possible to call ahead to both stores and ask if they have the items you want to see?

From my experience its hard to say which store will have better stock. You could try to call first. Miami is a busier store, so stock may be a bit better there. If you choose to go Miami, I'd see if you can get an appointment. You may have to wait in line depending on the day you go. I prefer the Palm Beach stores.

Thank you all! It’s raining so we went to Bal Harbor shops and I found my bag!!! It was meant to be. The SA was amazing! She pulled out a brand new fresh bag and it was perfect. I was able to inspect it first. Like I said. Meant to be!

Yesss! I got so lucky! I am so happy to have her come home with me tomorrow!!!! She is safely packed in the box in my bag that will go next to my feet on the plane. Woohoo!

I’m so glad that’s where we went. We loved the mall there, my husband was in heaven at the Rolex store and then I was at Chanel of course lol.

I know this post is from a few months ago but I'd like to chime that I love the Bal Harbour shops. The Chanel boutique has great inventory with friendly staff. Also, the Saks has a wide range of Chanel shoes and I was able to grab something I had my eye on from an earlier season. Love this location so much!

I ended up at Bal Harbor and agree. I loved the shops there and it’s probably one of my most favorite malls I’ve ever been to, in my limited traveling experiences lol. I actually loved it a million times more than Vegas shopping malls that I went to a month after going to Bal Harbor. Highly recommend the Chanel store there where I bought my beautiful Beige Clair classic flap and loved all the stores there. The Rolex store had the nicest SA and she convinced me I needed a Rolex too lol. Love love love that mall!

I agree with those saying Bal Harbour is the superior store. It is a very friendly store and the service is always quick!
